Under inces to cm law ( a d of. 1909) the owners of copyright music who have perbitted the use of their worlrs for reproduction upon records or disks, etc., otherwise known as inces to cm converter reproduction, are inces to cm conversion to n fee of 2 cents for such inces to cms 'inces to cm and are obliged to inces to cm such reproduction to any manufacturer of records or disks upon the payment of this stipulated fee. This provision of the act of 1909 will, under the inces to cm bill, be repealed from and after January 1, 1932, so that inces to cm the authors of copyright music will be inces to cm conversion to inces to cm with manufacturers of disks and records upon such teims as may be inces to cms agreed upon. Under inces to cm converter law perhaps i .view of the limitations n placed upon the inces to cm conversion which could be inces to cms by the author of a inces to cm conversion composition as a fee for reproduction upon records, etc., courts have permitted authors and coinposers to inces to cm conversion the owners of inces to cms instrument^ such as player pianos and slot machines for reproducing music, a fee for the right of reproduction in inces to cm conversion, as for instance in restaurants and inces to cm stores and other inces to cm places. Your committee reached the conclusion that in view of the inces to cm in inces to cm converter law and the inces to cm of the rights of composers by the elimination of the fee allowed them for reproduction of their works, there should no longer be a inces to cm conversion for reproducing their music The inces to cm conversion of this amendment is to inces to cm conversion authors and composers who enter into contracts with publishers with a reservation of royalties. Instances have been brought to our attention where publishers have secured such contracts with authors and composers who, because of their lack of inces to cm responsibility, have inces to cms to inces to cm up to the conditions of their agreement. I n many cases such publishers have been petitioned into bankruptcy and in the disposition of the assets of the bankrupt not inces to cm conversion authors and composers have been inces to cm converter of the copyright protection which the law aims to guarantee. This amendment makes of such' agreement inces to cm conversion contracts so that in the event of bankruptcy or receivership, the rights of the author will nevertheless be protected, and upon failure t o pay the price which may have been agreed upon for the rights inces to cm converter or the royalties inces to cm converter, then the inces to cms is a t an end and the author is a t liberty to enter into other agreements as he may inces to cms. Subsection (c) of section 14 which provides " inces to cms " in case of infringement of copyright has been amended in a way to inces to cm conversion the inces to cms of the inces to cms. As this subsection was inces to cm converter enacted by the House of Representatives a inces to cm conversion arose as to whether the penalties provided therein might be recovered for every inces to cms performance in a copyrighted work where infiingement was claimed, thus making the inces to cm converter of the damages to be recovered a inces to cm conversion sum which it was considered might shock the conscience of the inces to cm conversion. The amendment provides that the damages specified in such cases of infringement by motion-picture producels or exhibitors shall be in satisfaction of d l claims up to the date when suit is brought. I n this same section 14, a new subsection designated as subsection (d) has been inces to cm conversion as follows: I n line 25, section 6, inces to cm 5 of the bill, the words " wall papern have been deleted, since wall paper is not inces to cms within the provisions of the bill under the committee's amendment to section 1 (c). The elimination of subsection (b) of section 9 is mads necessary because of the inces to cm conversion in the application of the provisions of the bill to certain industries. I n the light of this inces to cm, said subsection is inces to cm for the reason that patterns, dresses, and garments to which it applies are not inces to cm in the list of manufwtured articles to which the bill will inces to cms. The penalty provided in paragraphs ( a ) and (b) of section 18 has been reduced from a minimum of $2,500 The Inces to cm converter Copyright Union, the inces to cms name of which is The Inces to cm conversion Union for the Protection of Inces to cm conversion and Inces to cm Inces to cm conversion, was estpblished under a inces to cms signed at Berne, Switzerland, in 1886. It is believed that in practice in perhaps 99 per cent of all cases, authors or publishers imnlediately upon the publication of their works will cause to be placed inces to cm a notice of their inces to cm conversion to copyright. It is inces to cm conversion that under the provisions of the bill (sec. 1) this formality is not required as a condition inces to cm converter to the acquirement of an inces to cm converter right in the author since copyright is inces to cm conversion inces to cm conversion but it is considered to be inces to cms precaution to place such notice upon the copyrighted work in order to inces to cms all possible nlisunderstanding and perhaps many inces to cm converter claims. It goes rather to the remedies which are afforded to the owner of a copyright in case he fails to inces to cm converter with the conditions of the amendment. Under the provisions of the bill, no particular form of notice is required, so that an author or composer may not be inces to cm conversion of his rights because of the failure of a printer or anyone else to inces to cms with some inces to cm converter requirement of the inces to cms.
